The Peace of the world

Many people believe that Jesus Christ came to make peace on the world. This is a misconception. Jesus indicate that because of Him, families would be split apart. Well, let's take a better look. In the surface seems that Jesus came to bring peace to the world. Although, this could be misunderstood.
Blessed are the peacemakers for they will be call sons of God. That means that when we accept Jesus in our lives, we become part of His Kingdom. We become sons of the Almighty. Then, we become ambassadors on earth. When Jesus died on the cross, the war between man and God stopped. We were enemies of God. By sharing the Good News of the Gospel, we are bringing peace into the person we share it with. We are stopping the war between that person and God.
Prince of peace. Yes. Jesus is the prince of peace. He was the lamb that stopped an old conflict that started with Adam and Eve.
Be aware, peace on the world is impossible. That is a political peace among countries. This is a fallen world. Therefore, it is an imperfect world.
Only until the return of the Son of Man, there would be no peace on the world. Only then, there would be a period of peaceful state.
